This business is based in West River, Maryland- 20 minutes south of Annapolis, Maryland-  in Anne Arundel County where I live with my wife and 2 sons. We like to spend time on the Bay and also enjoy snowboarding and traveling. 

 

I have owned different businesses since I was in high school and I recently sold a successful business that I had built and operated for over 15 years. This meant the search was on for a new business to buy or start. 

 

This soft power washing business was conceived when I needed to clean the vinyl siding on my house. After researching the method of soft washing, and the benefits over pressure washing, I knew this was an industry I wanted to be involved with.

 

 After my research, I also realized that my roof, which had black streaks on it, did not need replacing but could be cleaned with the Soft-Wash method.  After cleaning my house and roof, and whitening the gutters, everything looked brand new- so I was hooked!

 

Living here in Maryland, we are in a prime area for mold and mildew growth on our roofs and siding. Just driving around the county, I noticed so many homes and businesses that could benefit from non-pressure washing their roofs and siding. This business is meant to fill that need.
